Our starting MOQ guidance is 500 pieces for printed cards, 1,000 pieces for tags and labels, and 500 pieces for wristbands. Custom tooling may start at 2,000–5,000 pieces depending on tooling. Yes. Depending on the product, request your logo, artwork, visible numbering, QR codes, chip selection, approved encoding, size, materials or packaging. Start with the intended use, quantity, destination and arrival date; final artwork and chip details can follow. We confirm feasible options and coordinate production through our partners. Factory-programmed chip UIDs are not ordinary writable personalization data; secure credentials require an agreed key-custody process.

Our catalog covers 30+ chip options across LF, HF/NFC and UHF. Examples include EM/T5577 in LF, NTAG21x and MIFARE DESFire in HF, and UCODE or Impinj chips in UHF. Some older variants may be discontinued or difficult to source. Confirm the exact manufacturer part number, current availability, protocol and security requirements before approving a substitute or production order.

Our standard production planning range is 7–15 business days. Chip availability, sample approval, artwork, encoding, order size and the destination can change the schedule. The written quote should give production and transit estimates separately; a production range is not a delivered-date promise.

Stock samples follow our stated policy: Free stock samples (up to 5 pieces) — buyer covers DHL/FedEx freight ($25–60), refunded 1:1 against the first production order over $500. Stock availability, destination and requested configuration affect preparation and transit. Custom samples can involve separate charges and approval time; confirm those details before shipment. Suitability depends on the installed reader, application software, environment and data model. RFIDAK publishes ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates for the stated company scope, plus an OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certificate for its specified product scope. The ISO certificates cover sales and supplier management; production uses contracted partner lines. Ask for the certificate scope and any model-specific test report relevant to your order.
