The Spring RFID Tire Tag has been developed to be embedded within the tire during the tire manufacturing process, where the Spring RFID tire Tag and the tire rubber will integrate and last the life time of the tire. During designing of this Spring TFID Tire Tag, we not only considered the high temperature of tire rubber vulcanizing, and also considered the tearing force, high pressure and high temperature caused by vehicles’ high-speed crash and sudden braking. We can customize the RFID tire tag according to the rubber composite of different vehicle companies.
